		<description>Great idea!! I believe I have seen in my life a good load of those assignments in large companies where you get 3 or 4 people to leave before it is either figured out or eventually something happens to change it. 
The only other option I have seen in cases like that where someone is stuck in such an assignment is to simply remodel it: to try to find a way to make it a less-horrible one.

Any thoughts on the frequent reasons why such assignments develop?</description>
